I recently had the opportunity to join the ranks of the English Whisky Company as a whisky Ambassador and one of my first jobs was to run a live tasting for the recently released small batch Rum cask. David is the head / Master Distiller and Master Blender for the English Whisky Company, his job involves all aspects of the distillery and he is responsible for the products we release.. His skills in the blending room really shine through with these two latest releases.
