Douglas Laing & Co. Announces Private Stock Web-Exclusive Series
Scotch Whisky specialist, Douglas Laing & Co. have announced the release of Private Stock – a brand new web exclusive series as part of their ongoing 70th anniversary celebrations.
The Private Stock series will see the family-owned companyopen up their private Whisky collection for the very first time. The first release of the Private Stock collection will be a particularly limited Ledaig 21 Years Old Single Malt Single Cask.
Due to the bespoke nature of the bottling, only 84 bottles will be available for sale exclusively through the Douglas Laing website. The Ledaig 21 Years Old is bottled at cask strength (51% ABV), offered without colouring and chill-filtration, producing a characterful palate of “sweet phenols up front with barley, peat and burnt toast.”

Each bottle of the first release will be hand signed by Fred Laing and presented in a wooden, illustrated box.
The Private Stock series will launch on the 31st of August, 2018 at 9am BST on douglaslaing.com, with each bottle retailing at £124.99.
