The Glenfiddich 15 distillers edition is another great addition to what is a fantastic core range, this distillery just keeps turning out great whisky.
Bottled at 51% and is a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, this whisky offers something different to your normal glenfiddichs.
Nose.. A lovely floral, fruity nose awaits, the typical green apples you get from a good fiddich, hints of vanilla and dried fruits.
Palate.. It throws those dried fruits at you straight away, candied apples and spices galore, apple pie with cinnamon, a little peppery towards the end, but it’s all good.
Finish.. its a lovely fresh finish, chewy but very tasty.
Thoughts.. It’s a bottle that is always on my shopping list, I can’t get enough of it. Any one who want something with a punch from Glenfiddich should try this one..
